Mike has over 30 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to help clients manage and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
Mike brings extensive cross-sector experience in SOX 404 readiness and compliance for business processes and information technology, internal audit sourcing and co-sourcing, internal control evaluation and design for system implementations, and SOC 1 reports.
Mike has worked with a variety of clients in the retail and consumer, industrial products, financial services, mining, oil and gas, technology, and telecommunications sectors.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver.
